Yosco Composite Model Banjo, c. 1920, made in New York, NY, natural finish, laminated maple rim and neck.
This banjo consists of a c. 1920 Yosco hollow rim with an added flat-top tone ring and more recent Bacon-style curly maple neck with fancy pearl inlay on the fingerboard and headstock. A very good player with an interesting sound.
Overall length is 37 1/4 in. (94.6 cm.), 12 in. (30.5 cm.) diameter head, and 3 1/8 in. (7.9 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 26 1/2 in. (673 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/8 in. (35 mm.). Excellent Condition.
