Vega Style M Tub-A-Phone Conversion Model 5 String Banjo (1925), made in Boston, Mass., brown lacquer finish, laminated maple rim, mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard, black tolex hard shell case.
 
Overall length is 37 in. (94 cm.), 10 7/8 in. (27.6 cm.) diameter head, and 2 5/8 in. (6.7 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 27 in. (686 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/16 in. (30 mm.). Excellent playing condition, a good old-style (likely 1960's) conversion using the original headstock veneer. An excellent frailer with the expected great Tub-A-Phone sound. Includes a nice old '60's case, capo, and box of Black Diamond strings. Excellent Condition.
