Stradolin Model 420 Model Arch Top Mandolin, c. 1950, made in New York City, natural lacquer finish, laminated mahogany body; poplar neck with rosewood fingerboard.
Overall length is 25 3/16 in. (64 cm.), 10 1/8 in. (25.7 cm.) width, and 2 in. (5.1 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 13 3/4 in. (349 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/16 in. (30 mm.). Very clean overall with just small finish dings and scrapes. All original and unaltered, a good plater with the surprisingly fine sound these are known for. Excellent Condition.
