Maybell Model Tenor Guitar, made by Slingerland, c. 1930, made in Chicago, natural finish, mahogany back, sides and neck; ebonized maple fingerboard, original black hard shell case.
This Chicago-made gem is a real little powerhouse of a tenor guitar. Nicely made, with a high-grade mahogany body and multiple black/white binding.
Overall length is 36 1/2 in. (92.7 cm.), 13 in. (33 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 in. (10.2 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 24 in. (610 mm.). Width of nut is 1 1/8 in. (29 mm.). Some overall wear but generally well preserved. Generally Excellent Condition.
