Item #6323

S.L. Mossman Great Plains Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar (1976), made in Winfield, Kansas, natural finish, rosewood back and sides, spruce top; mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard, black hard shell case.

Overall length is 41 1/2 in. (105.4 cm.), 15 7/8 in. (40.3 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 11/16 in. (11.9 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/4 in. (44 mm.). Very nice overall; some light signs of finish wear and checking but no major damage. Appears original except the neck has been reset and there is evidence of a heel repair probably done at the same time. This is a solid-wood American-made Dreadnought, nicely aged in with a big powerful tone, an excellent guitar for the price. Excellent - Condition.
