Item #4711
Rickenbacker S-100 Model Lap Steel Electric Guitar, c. 1952, made in Los Angeles, California, speckled black and grey finish, hardwood body, original grey/green hard shell case.
Overall length is 29 1/4 in. (74.3 cm.), 6 1/2 in. (16.5 cm.) width, and 1 1/4 in. (3.2 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 22 1/2 in. (572 mm.). Width of nut is 2 1/4 in. (57 mm.). Very nice overall-a little wearto the painted finish on edges and a small chip at the headstock. All original except tuner buttons. The two rear corners have chipped off the bakelite saddle, but everything is fully functional. This was only a student model but is a very light and handy steel with a fantastic sound. Excellent Condition.
