Paramount Banner Blue Model Banjo Ukulele, c. 1926, made in N.Y. City, natural lacquer finish, mahogany neck, rim and resonator, pearloid fingerboard and headstock, black tolex original hard shell case. This full flange and resonator banjo-ukulele is a product of Wm. Lange's New York factory, and is essentially a miniature Paramount banjo. The dowel is stamped "LANGE-MADE" and the Banner Blue logo is stenciled in blue on the headstock.
Overall length is 22 1/4 in. (56.5 cm.), 8 in. (20.3 cm.) diameter head, and 3 3/8 in. (8.6 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 14 in. (356 mm.). Excellent Condition.
