Beltone Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar, made by Oscar Schmidt, c. 1925, made in Jersey City, NJ, natural varnish finish, mahogany back and sides, spruce top.
Overall length is 40 in. (101.6 cm.), 14 3/4 in. (37.5 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 in. (10.2 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 26 in. (660 mm.). Width of nut is 1 13/16 in. (46 mm.).
Exceptionally fine condition for an older Schmidt/Stella guitar; this is fully original (most surviving Schmidt guitars have required extensive rebuilding to be playable) and a great-playing and sounding guitar. Excellent + Condition.
