MXR Distortion + Model Distortion Pedal Effect, c. 1979, made in Rochester, NY, serial # 4-065056.

Pedal effect comes with its original box, operation manual, and stickers.
 
Overall length is 4 3/8 in. (11.1 cm.), 2 3/4 in. (7 cm.) width, and 2 in. (5.1 cm.) high.

Very clean overall. Shows usage, but no big scratches etc. Excellent Condition.
