Kamaka Ka-Lai Pineapple Model Soprano Ukulele, c. 1930's, made in Hawaii, natural lacquer finish, Hawaiian hardwood body and neck.
Overall length is 20 7/8 in. (53 cm.), 6 1/4 in. (15.9 cm.) width, and 2 1/2 in. (6.4 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 13 1/2 in. (343 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/8 in. (35 mm.).
Some overall wear, one long back crack, and a single top crack from the bass corner of the bridge. Bridge itself has been re-glued with a small corner piece patched in. Pineapple decal on face has some small chips but is generally intact. A very good player, with the typical sweet Kamaka sound. Very Good + Condition.
