Kalamazoo KM-11 Model Flat Top Mandolin, c. 1938, made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, sunburst top, dark back and sides finish, mahogany back, sides and neck; spruce top, rosewood fingerboard, black tolex hard shell case.
Overall length is 26 in. (66 cm.), 10 in. (25.4 cm.) wide, and 2 1/8 in. (5.4 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 14 in. (356 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/16 in. (30 mm.). All original, very nice condition with some small scratches. One repaired rim crack near the neck block on the treble side, one tiny top crack at the fingerboard end. Plays and sounds very well. Excellent Condition.
