Isle of Tone Haze 69 Fuzz Model Fuzz Effect (2021), made in Salzburg, Austria, serial # 44, Green and Cream enamel finish, aluminum and acrylic enclosure.

Isle of Tone's Haze 69 Fuzz is a reimagined early Tonebender MK 1.5/Fuzz Face circuit with a twist: the same three-way resistor switch as some of their other fuzzy offerings but with Mullard Silicone transistors instead of Germanium. These NOS silicone components offer a powerful, somewhat harsher and ultra reactive fuzzy tone, all hand-soldered within a handmade old school fiberboard. The circuits inside are proudly on display behind a transparent acrylic back.

Do not be fooled by the roadworn appearance of this fuzzy behemoth; this pedal was hand-soldered and screen printed in Salzburg, Austria just a few years ago in 2021. The company boasts that components of the pedals themselves are upcycled from their inventory of pedalmaking offal, such as the cloth-covered wire and even the battery snaps.

Length is 10 1/4 in. (26 cm.), 5 in. (12.7 cm.) across at the widest point, and 2 in. (5.1 cm.) in depth at deepest point. This Haze Fuzz is in stellar shape; all that wear and tear is factory relic and is customary. The inside is completely undisturbed, with date and serial in tact as well as the builder's signature on the board and chassis with an inscription to a previous owner; this can be clearly seen through the clear acrylic backing. The wear in the custom paint job (shades of green, yellow and cream) is still clear and maintained beyond the relic work. All knobs and components are in tact. The pedal comes with its original box and cloth storage bag. Excellent + Condition.
