Ibanez AS-200 Model Semi-Hollow Body Electric Guitar (1998), made in Japan, serial # F98-50509, sunburst finish, laminated maple body, laminated maple and mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard, original black hard shell case.
This Gibson ES-335 inspired guitar has been John Scofield's main guitar model since 1981. A professional grade instrument and an excellent sounding guitar that is well suited to many different styles of music.
Overall length is 41 1/2 in. (105.4 cm.), 16 in. (40.6 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 11/16 in. (4.3 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.). Very little sign of use, just a small amount of scuffing to the plastic and plating. Plays perfectly, a fine Japanese production example of this fairly high-end thinline model. Near Mint Condition.
