Item #6520
Stella H-912 Model 12 String Flat Top Acoustic Guitar, made by Harmony, c. 1966, made in Chicago, serial # 2303H912, sunburst lacquer finish, birch back and sides, poplar neck with ebonized fingerboard.
Overall length is 39 7/8 in. (101.3 cm.), 15 1/2 in. (39.4 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 3 7/8 in. (9.8 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 25 in. (635 mm.). Width of nut is 2 in. (51 mm.). Overall relativelye clean with some typical chipping to the edges-the top's "binding" is actually painted on! Just emerged from a fresh neckset, one of the best sounding and playing example of this guitar we have ever had. There is some old glue residue around the bridge, which is now restored to its proper floating configuration. While obviously a fairly low-budget model, this is a very nice solid-wood 12 string with its own distinctive sound. Excellent - Condition.
