Harmony H-425 Model Arch Top Mandolin (1971), made in Chicago, sunburst lacquer finish, Maple body and neck; spruce top, rosewood fingerboard, original black soft shell case.
 
Overall length is 27 1/4 in. (69.2 cm.), 10 1/4 in. (26 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 7/8 in. (4.8 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 14 in. (356 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/16 in. (30 mm.). Very little play wear; some small areas of moisture damage to the finish on the treble side and side of the headstock. All original with the original soft case, a good player and a nice example of Harmony's better mandolin work. Overall Excellent Condition.
