Item #4163

Guild M-65 3/4 Model Thinline Hollow Body Electric Guitar (1965), made in Hoboken, NJ, sunburst top, dark back and sides finish, laminated mahogany back and sides; laminated maple top; mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard.

The Guild M-65 is a great-playing little guitar, with a small fully hollow body and a short scale neck. Surprisingly full-sounding, this small instrument is incredibly light and very comfortable to handle. One of Guild's forgotten designs, the M-65 3/4 is a neat piece of unusual 60's vintage cool.

Overall length is 37 in. (94 cm.), 13 3/4 in. (34.9 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 2 1/16 in. (5.2 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 22 1/2 in. (572 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.).

Some average finish wear and dings (especially to back body edge); all original finish and fittings. Generally Excellent Condition.
