Guild F-212 Model 12 String Flat Top Acoustic Guitar (1966), made in Hoboken, NJ, natural lacquer finish, mahogany back and sides, spruce top; laminated mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard.

Overall length is 43 in. (109.2 cm.), 15 1/2 in. (39.4 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 7/8 in. (12.4 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 15/16 in. (49 mm.). A fairly well worn but a good sounding old Guild 12; some finish wear overall and a lot of checking on the top but no major loss. No major cracks or repairs, pickguard re-glued and bridge taken down with 2 well repaired grain splits through the pinholes. Original openback Japanese strip tuners tuners replaced with individual Gotoh minis. A very good playing and sounding guitar, a worthy gigging flattop 12. Overall Very Good + Condition.
