Item #5145

Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (1973), made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, serial # 171179, sunburst top, natural back and sides finish, mahogany body with maple cap, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, original black hard shell case.

Overall length is 39 3/8 in. (100 cm.), 13 in. (33 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 7/8 in. (4.8 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 11/16 in. (43 mm.). This guitar has some wear overall but is all original except for the plastic jackplate, replaced as is typical with a harder-wearing metal piece. One big ding in the back of the neck around the 10th fret, one deep ding in the top, otherwise just typical play wear. Switch tip has been cracked and repaired, frets have typical 70's flat crown but play well. A good gigging example of one of the early '70's most popular guitars. Excellent Condition.
