Item #6006
Gibson L-00 Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar (1936), made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, black lacquer finish, mahogany back and sides, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, hard shell case.
Overall length is 38 in. (96.5 cm.), 14 3/4 in. (37.5 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 3/8 in. (11.1 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/4 in. (44 mm.). A nicely original guitar; some light finish wear overall, especially around the pickguard area but no major loss. There was a tailpiece at some point, which left a few faint marks on the top and three tiny holes in the rim. All original including the bridge and original unplated strip tuners, an excellent player.
Excellent - Condition.
