Item #6410

Gibson ES-150 Model Arch Top Hollow Body Electric Guitar (1969), made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, serial # 829332, cherry lacquer finish, laminated maple body, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, black hard shell case.

Overall length is 41 3/4 in. (106 cm.), 16 in. (40.6 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 3 in. (7.6 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.). Very nice original condition overall; some general wear and checking but nothing major. The original tuners were re-installed and an extra screwhole can just be seen at the top edge of each baseplate. All else appears original except a strap button added at the heel. Fitted with what appears to be a factory Bigsby, with the "Custom" engraved truss rod cover and a very good neck angle. An excellent playing guitar, and a nice example of one of Gibson's more short-lived 1960'S creations. Very Good + Condition.
