Gibson ES-125T Model Thinline Hollow Body Electric Guitar (1957), made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, serial # U-3221-9, sunburst top, dark stained back and sides finish, laminated maple body, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, black chipboard case.

Overall length is 40 1/2 in. (102.9 cm.), 16 1/16 in. (40.8 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 3/4 in. (4.4 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 11/16 in. (43 mm.). This guitar has had a bit of a hard life but remaining a great gigging tone machine. The finish shows some wear and checking but is not heavily worn through . The pickup, wiring, and knobs are newer, but the correct style, and the jack hole has been slightly enlarged. The pickguard, bridge and tailpiece are original, the top of the bridge is cut down a bit. The tuners are correct period Klusons but appear to have been re-installed. Not a collector's choice, but a great playing old Gibson with a fantastic feeling 1950's neck and a still-fine and funky P-90 sound. Very Good + Condition.
