Gibson ES-125 Model Arch Top Hollow Body Electric Guitar (1955), made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, sunburst top, dark back and sides finish, laminated maple body, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, original brown tolex hard shell case.
Overall length is 40 1/2 in. (102.9 cm.), 16 1/8 in. (41 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 3 7/16 in. (8.7 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 11/16 in. (43 mm.). All original finish and hardware except replaced tuner buttons; light wear overall (most notably to the back of the neck, especially higher up). There are a few screw scars on the back of the headstock from someone re-mounting the original Kluson tuners upside down(???) and a chip on the top rear edge. A nice player and a solid example, with a good OHSC. Excellent - Condition.
