Gibson EH-100 Model Lap Steel Electric Guitar (1940), made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, serial # F1476-124, natural mahogany finish, mahogany body, rosewood fingerboard, original brown hard shell case.
 
Overall length is 32 in. (81.3 cm.), 9 in. (22.9 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 11/16 in. (4.3 cm.) deep. Scale length is 22 1/2 in. (572 mm.). Width of nut is 2 in. (51 mm.). Some general wear overall; appears original except the tuners are modern correct style repros and there is an added enlarged metal jackplate to the side. Gibson's late pre-war budget lap steel, this is a simply designed but very good sounding instrument with its prima metal covered P-13 pickup. In fine playing condition, includes a battered but functional OHSC. Excellent - Condition.
