Francesco Olivieri Acoustic Guitar (1928), made in Catania, Italy, black chipboard case.
Has a carved head located at the end of the headstock. The head is fashioned from the very same piece of wood as the neck and headstock. Has ornately decorated and bound spruce top and sound holes. Its back is essentially flat, but it gently slopes starting at the upper bout down to the heel of the neck.
Overall length is 39 3/8 in. (100 cm.), 14 3/4 in. (37.5 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 3 in. (7.6 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.).
