Item #6413
Fender Telecaster Thinline Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (1972), made in Fullerton, California, serial # 353976, natural polyester finish, ash body, maple neck, original black tolex hard shell case.
Overall length is 38 1/2 in. (97.8 cm.), 12 3/8 in. (31.4 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 3/4 in. (4.4 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.). A nice, all original example; there is some light wear overall-a bit of corrosion to the plated metal parts (bridge, pickup covers and knobs) and some small scuffs and chips to the finish. The original pearloid pickguard has shrunk at the edges and has small cracks at two screw points but is still functional. Some fretwear in the lower positions but still a very good player, a very good sounding '70's Fender original with a unique sound. Includes a worn but functional original HSC. Excellent - Condition.
