Fender Princeton 5F2-A Model Tube Amplifier (1958), made in Fullerton, California, tweed fabric covering finish.

Height is 16 1/2 in. (41.9 cm.), 17 7/8 in. (45.4 cm.) width, and 9 in. (22.9 cm.) deep. A nice example of a late-50's big-box Princeton, which by this point had grown into a much larger unit than its earlier ancestors. This amp still features a single 8" speaker and three-tube layout (5Y3,6V6,12AX7) in the more spacious cabinet making for a sweetly overdriven airier tone that can get very raucous when pushed. This one was the main recording amp for some years in a studio, and as such has a hole in the left-hand cabinet side for a microphone bracket and a small jackhole added to the lower backplate. The tweed shows wear and there is scuffing to the corners but overall the covering is not heavily worn. This is a nicely original amp, with the original speaker and tubes and only some minor cap work and the jacks replaced (originals included). Sounds typically great, as we always expect with these. Excellent Condition.
