Here's a neat hybrid idea from Fender Japan: a Blue Floral Telecaster bass but with the standard contoured Precision style body for more playing comfort. All other features are in the 1968 Telecaster Bass/1952 Precision mode including the 2-saddle bridge and straight bar, 4-pole pickup. The old style hand rests and tug bar are not present and the neck is a bit slimmer than the original. This is a neat looking and great playing bass with a nice growly tone, thanks to its 1950s style pickup abnd string-through-body design.
Overall length is 45 in. (114.3 cm.), 13 in. (33 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 5/8 in. (4.1 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 34 in. (864 mm.). Width of nut is 1 in. (25 mm.).
Very clean overall, this bass has a some dings, scuffs and dents but does not appear much played. Not quite 20 years old but looks, plays and sounds great accompanied by a lightweight molded plastic HSC. Excellent Condition.
