Item #5976
Fender Precision Bass Model Solid Body Electric Bass Guitar (1966), made in Fullerton, California, serial # 187448, sunburst lacquer finish, alder body, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, original black hard shell case.
Overall length is 46 in. (116.8 cm.), 13 in. (33 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 5/8 in. (4.1 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 34 in. (864 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/4 in. (44 mm.). A spectacular example of the classic '66 Precision Bass-some light playwear but completely original, down to the covers and screws. Vibrant, unfaded sunburst finish; one ding into the wood on the back upper horn and the neck finish worn down are the most noticeable wear spots. A wonderful sounding and playing bass, lightweight and ready to go with a fine clean original HSC. Overall Excellent Condition.
