Item #2870
Fender Mustang Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (1966), made in Fullerton, California, white lacquer finish, alder body, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, hard shell case.
A good-playing and sounding 1960's Mustang, Fender's classic student/budget guitar. White/cream finish, tortoise pattern pickguard, white pickup covers. Neck dated March '66 and pots 12th week of 1966.
An American garage band classic and still a great deal in a 1960's Fender guitar!
Overall length is 39 1/2 in. (100.3 cm.), 12 1/4 in. (31.1 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 1/2 in. (3.8 cm.) deep. Scale length is 24 in. (610 mm.).
Very good-playing original condition; some inexplicable finish sanding into (but not through) the finish on the back, but looks very nice overall. All original parts, except trem is a recent repro.
Includes a somewhat battered but functional original hardshell case. Very Good + Condition.
