Fender Jazzmaster Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (1961), made in Fullerton, California, sunburst lacquer finish, alder body, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, original brown tolex hard shell case.
A lovely all-original slab-board Jazzmaster with a neck date of 10-61, complete with the original brown tolex case. These early Jazzmasters were the top of the Fender line when new and are exceptionally fine instruments, with a unique sound.
Overall length is 41 in. (104.1 cm.), 14 1/4 in. (36.2 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 3/4 in. (4.4 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.). A very nice, all original example; some finish wear (notably in the armear sopt) but otherwise undisturbed! Plays very well and includes an excellent original brown HSC. Overall Excellent Condition.
