Item #5915

Fender Jazz Bass Model Solid Body Electric Bass Guitar (1975), made in Fullerton, California, serial # 671594, black polyester finish, alder body, maple neck, black gig bag case.

Overall length is 46 3/4 in. (118.7 cm.), 14 in. (35.6 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 5/8 in. (4.1 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 34 in. (864 mm.). Width of nut is 1 1/2 in. (38 mm.). A nice original Jazz Bass with some general play wear (most notable buckle wear to the back and chips to the edges) but no major alterations. The finish, pickups, wiring, tuners and most all other hardware are original; the thumbrest is a repro and the bridge is the correct style and era for the instrument but a Badass II was mounted at one point, leaving a couple of very faint marks (you have to look very closely to see this!). An excellent player, good weight, a very nice example of an early 3-bolt Jazz Bass. Overall Excellent - Condition.
