Item #4051

Fender Deluxe Reverb-Amp Model Tube Amplifier, c. 1964, made in Fullerton, California, black tolex covering finish.

A nice pre-CBS example of one of the all-time classic "Club" amps, the blackface Deluxe Reverb. With enough gain to kick at low level and enough headroom to keep up with a full drum kit, the Deluxe Reverb is one of the best 'natural'-sounding amps ever designed. This one is in ready-to-gig condition.

Height is 17 in. (43.2 cm.), 24 in. (61 cm.) width, and 9 1/4 in. (23.5 cm.) deep.

A nice, clean, late '64, pre-CBS Deluxe Reverb. Fender-branded 1968 Utah speaker; mixed later tubes and an inexplicable April '67 tube chart, which looks to have been replaced at some point (there's a lot of old random glue in the area). Modified circuit to use 6L6 power tubes, giving it a tad more headroom. Full re-cap. A very solid and good-sounding amp. Overall Excellent Condition.
