Item #1847

Fender Deluxe-Amp Model Tube Amplifier (1964), made in Fullerton, California, black tolex covering finish.

Extremely clean blackface Deluxe from the last months of the Pre-CBS Fender company. Tube chart code-dated "NJ" (October 1964), panels still marked "Fender Electric Instrument Company", this has the perfect blackface vibe.

Height is 16 1/2 in. (41.9 cm.), 22 in. (55.9 cm.) width, and 9 1/4 in. (23.5 cm.) deep.

Recently reconditioned by Alessandro; new cord, recapped, and equipped with a recent re-issue Jensen speaker. Upper back panel is a reproduction. Includes removed caps, resistors, and vintage cord if you want them.

All tolex, knobs and hardware in super clean shape, if not for one small grillcloth tear, this amp would look near mint.

Very loud and clean for a Deluxe, sweet sound does not thicken or break up as much as somethis particular amp seems to sound particularly good with hollowbody guitars and P-90's. It sure likes our ES-295 anyway! Excellent + Condition.
