Fender Champ Model Lap Steel Electric Guitar (1960), made in Fullerton, California, serial # 7556, Blonde lacquer finish, ash body, original brown tolex hard shell case.
 
Overall length is 31 1/4 in. (79.4 cm.), 7 1/2 in. (19 cm.) across at the widest point, and 1 3/8 in. (3.5 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 22 1/2 in. (572 mm.). Width of nut is 2 in. (51 mm.). A very nice and all original example-complete, including what appear to be the original, or at least period strings. This example fits unusual black anodized knobs seen only in this period. Some wear but overall very nice, including the original brown tolex HSC. Excellent - Condition.
