Item #7440
Favilla Baritone Ukulele, c. 1950, made in New York, NY, natural lacquer finish, mahogany body and neck, rosewood fingerboard, black chipboard case.
Overall length is 29 1/2 in. (74.9 cm.), 10 in. (25.4 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 3 3/8 in. (8.6 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 19 in. (483 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/8 in. (35 mm.). All original with some general wear, mostly around the bridge which appears to have been re-glued at some point. Very solid overall, one slightly sloppy top/side seam repair on the lower quarter but a good player with a big chunky sound. Includes a nice original chip case. Excellent - Condition.
