Item #5630
Epiphone Zephyr Model Tube Amplifier, c. 1949, made in New York City, natural maple finish, lamianted maple cabinet. Based on Nat Daniels' transformer free push pull design and freed of the AC/DC options of earlier Epiphone Amplifiers, this Epiphone Zephyr would look fantastic on any modern bandstand or concert stage. The Zephyr does not lack for sonic beauty or uniqueness and would make an excellent addition to any studio overlords' arsenal. This gorgeous example features a vibrato effect for which the original footswitch is included.
Height is 22 in. (55.9 cm.), 16 in. (40.6 cm.) width, and 9 1/2 in. (24.1 cm.) deep.
A few scuffs and surface cracks in the plywood back, some discoloration on the entirety of the cabinet.
Original cloth cover and footswitch included. Excellent Condition.
