Item #5648

Epiphone Olympic Special Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (1968), made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, cherry red lacquer finish, mahogany body and neck, rosewood fingerboard, grey chipboard case.

Overall length is 39 1/4 in. (99.7 cm.), 13 1/8 in. (33.3 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 1/4 in. (3.2 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.).

Very nice overall; some minor case-rub wear to the edges with very light dings and chips to the finish overall. Nice, deep, unfaded cherry finish. All original except the nut is replaced and there was some fretwork done in the lower positions. A nice example that plays very well; excellent neck angle. Excellent Condition.
