Danelectro Lap Steel Electric Guitar, made in Neptune, NJ, natural finish, poplar body.
Like just about everything else made by Danelectro, this lap steel is basic, practical and sounds great. The body is built from a solid center block with added side pieces, mounts a single Danno pickup has tone and volume knob mounted on the body wings. Natural wood finish with stenciled 3-octave fret markers, rosewood bridge, nut and headstock logo plate. A rare, neat collectable piece of Danelectro history and a fine sounding steel.
Overall length is 32 1/2 in. (82.6 cm.), 7 1/4 in. (18.4 cm.) width, and 1 1/2 in. (3.8 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 22 1/2 in. (572 mm.). Width of nut is 2 1/4 in. (57 mm.). All original, very little wear...a super nice example! Excellent + Condition.
