C. F. Martin D-18 Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar (1972), made in Nazareth, PA, serial # 312465, natural finish, mahogany back and sides, spruce top, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, original molded blue plastic hard shell case.

Overall length is 41 in. (104.1 cm.), 15 5/8 in. (39.7 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 15/16 in. (12.5 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 11/16 in. (43 mm.). Nice overall, top relatively clean with some typical pickwear around the 'guard. One fairly small area of impact damage about 1 1/2" long to the top just north of the soundhole-solidly repaired but a bit sloppy, so it is visible with no finish touch up. Alterations are an old endpin mini-jack and an added strap button to the heel; there is also an inexplicable small pearl dot inlaid on the bridge just off the treble end of the saddle. Original uncut bridge, newer saddle-a good player's D-18. Overall Excellent Condition.
