Item #6240
C. F. Martin 0-16NY Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar (1970), made in Nazareth, PA, serial # 257031, natural finish, mahogany back, sides and neck, spruce top, rosewood fingerboard, black tolex hard shell case.
Overall length is 38 in. (96.5 cm.), 13 5/8 in. (34.6 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 1/4 in. (10.8 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 15/16 in. (49 mm.). Very fine overall-there are some small dings and scratches but no major finish wear. One small tightly resealed top grain crack just off the bridge is the only repair; the nut appears to have been re-glued at some point. Very light and handy, a sweet playing and sounding example of Martin's "1920's Re-Issue" guitar from 1970. Excellent Condition.
