Bay State Style A 2/3 Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar, c. 1890's, made in Boston, Mass., natural finish, Brazilian rosewood back and sides, spruce top; mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard.
A tiny and beautiful little 2/3 size guitar from 1890's Boston. An amazingly big sound comes from this very small guitar!
Overall length is 32 3/4 in. (83.2 cm.), 11 in. (27.9 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 3 in. (7.6 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 21 3/4 in. (552 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/4 in. (44 mm.). Quite a few old repairs but in good playing shape. Generally Very Good + Condition.
