Item #2922
Ampeg R12-R Reverberocket Model Tube Amplifier, c. 1964, made in Linden NJ, blue checked Tolex finish.
A great-sounding mid-60's Ampeg with a brighter and twangier tone than earlier models. This is the earlier design with the controls on the top rear like a 1950's Fenderaround 1965 the Reverberocket would go to a front-mounted panel. The reverb and tremolo circuts here are particularly lively!
This is an excellent general purpose amp, particularly for surf, instrumental rock'n'roll, and garage sounds.
Height is 18 in. (45.7 cm.), 20 3/4 in. (52.7 cm.) width, and 9 in. (22.9 cm.) deep.
Good playing condition; speaker replaced, but most other components original, including pedal. Very Good + Condition.
