Concert Size Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar, labeled A. Galiano, c. 1925, made in New York City, natural varnish finish, mahogany back, sides and neck, spruce top.
Overall length is 38 1/2 in. (97.8 cm.), 13 1/2 in. (34.3 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 3 5/8 in. (9.2 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/4 in. (44 mm.).
Well-restored to top playing condition. Refretted, original bridge recut for compensated saddle, side dots added to neck binding. A small section of the border trim has been very nicely patched in. A really good-playing and sounding example of a very rare New York guitar. Generally Excellent Condition.
