Harmony Sovereign Model H-1260 Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar (1971), made in Chicago, natural lacquer finish, mahogany back, sides and neck, spruce top, rosewood, original black chipboard case.

Overall length is 41 in. (104.1 cm.), 16 1/4 in. (41.3 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 3/8 in. (11.1 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 25 in. (635 mm.). Width of nut is 1 13/16 in. (46 mm.). A nice example of this classic old Sovereign-with a new neckset and fret job this is an exceptionally fine playing example of this great-sounding but often clunky-playing instrument. Some general finish wear overall, and a spot of wear into the pickguard by the top edge of the pickguard. The 'guard itself is intact-for some reason this piece is often missing from this model. No other heavy finish loss-there are some lines etched into the finish on the spruce top that look like grain cracks but aren't. Overall a super nice player's Harmony flat-top, ready to gig. Overall Very Good + Condition.
