Harmony Electro H282 Model Electric 5 String Banjo, c. 1955, made in Chicago, two tone red & white lacquer finish, original chipboard case.
Overall length is 37 3/4 in. (95.9 cm.), 11 1/2 in. (29.2 cm.) diameter head, and 2 3/4 in. (7 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 27 in. (686 mm.). Width of nut is 1 1/8 in. (29 mm.). Beautiful original condition; very little wear or fade to the lovely original two-tone finish. Tailpiece has been changed; "chicken head" knob is old but not original. Includes the original chip case in quite good condition. Excellent Condition.
