Item #6204
C. F. Martin OM-21 Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar (1994), made in Nazareth, PA, natural finish, Indian rosewood back and sides, spruce top; mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, original molded black plastic hard shell case.
A particularly nice more recent Martin, this OM-21 features a long scale neck on an Indian rosewood 000 body with the plainer trim of a Style 18. Lovely rosewood grain, particularly the beautifully bookmatched pattern on the back. A very nice player with a wide, fairly shallow C profile neck and comfortable action. With 20 years of age this is developing into a lovely sounding, very well balanced guitar.
Overall length is 40 1/4 in. (102.2 cm.), 15 1/8 in. (38.4 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 1/4 in. (10.8 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/4 in. (44 mm.). Very clean overall, not much play wear and no repair work. All original with an added pickup and endpin jack, ready to gig. One of the nicer recent Martins we have had. Excellent + Condition.
