(60.3 cm.), 7 in. (17.8 cm.) diameter head, and 2 1\/4 in. (5.7 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 15 in. (381 mm.). Width of nut is 1 1\/4 in. (32 mm.). Nice playing condition-original except for two of the brackets and nuts and a newer bone string nut. There are some old splits in the rosewood veneer on the headstock face, and a couple of very small delamination openings on the bottom of the rim. The plating on the hooks, nuts and some other hardware is still fairly shiny with a few minor corrosion spots. Average light finish wear overall, and the finish has darkened somewhat over time with a few small areas of staining and\/or flaking. The long-necked Style 225 is a wonderful, very unusual (and loud!) little instrument, beautifully made and built much heavier than technically required for gut strings -this would be an excellent choice for steel stringing, if desired. This is a well-preserved example that plays and sounds fantastic. Overall Very Good + Condition.","brand":"Weymann","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46852995514508,"sku":"6598","price":650.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"url":"https:\/\/retrofret.com\/products\/weymann-style-225-banjo-ukulele-1925-6598","provider":"RetroFret","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
