The pot is a large (nearly 12") Tubaphone, as would usually have been used for a "Guit-Jo," but the neck is from the plainer "Little Wonder" model. The differences in the neck are mostly cosmetic; both are laminated maple with ebony fingerboards.

This instrument offers a very fine and good-playing six-string Vega at a considerably lower cost than an all-original Tubaphone. Geared planet tuners add to the instrument's practicality, as the originals from this period would be straight-shaft friction style. A great gigging 1920s openback guitar-banjo.

Overall length is 36 in. (91.4 cm.), 11 13/16 in. (30 cm.) diameter head, and 2 3/4 in. (7 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 25 in. (635 mm.). Width of nut is 1 7/8 in. (48 mm.).

Very good-playing condition overall; some general wear, but no major damage or repairs. Set up with a Fiberskyn head. Generally Excellent Condition.
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0672/8702/3756/files/01_d8333d91-201e-4b66-a4c2-1a423787b1df.jpg?v=1774333731
