All original (well, new bridge and strings!) and fairly well played but unaltered with no repairs. The original head (marked Slingerland Bros. Whitemount Calf) is still intact, somewhat yellowed and spotted but with the signatures of some 1920's folks on the underside so we have kept it on the uke. Excellent sound and playability, a good example of Slingerland's better output.
