Green himself set up his personal Sho-Bud this way as he saw no need for the alternate tuning on a second neck for his style, and many players agreed and followed suit.

The Sho-Bud company actually issued a signature model built with this configuration in the 1970's, but this guitar is an older model modified to that spec. The pickup is an old George L's model, considered a "hot rod" steel PU and a popular substitution in the 1970's and 80's. This is a fine player's steel with tons of vintage mojo.

Overall length is 33 1/2 in. (85.1 cm.), 12 1/2 in. (31.8 cm.) width, and 3 9/16 in. (9 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 23 3/4 in. (603 mm.). Width of nut is 3 in. (76 mm.). Good Condition.
